成庄矿巷道掘进及综放工作面过断层方案对比分析

摘    要:为提高矿井生产效率,减少综采队组矸石率,提高煤炭采出率,充分利用煤炭资源,从巷道掘进的源头抓起,结合巷道用途及工作面实际情况,对比分析了成庄矿过断层方案,主要包括由下盘向上盘过断层和由上盘向下盘过断层2种方案,然后分析了各方案的掘进风险和回采风险,研究可指导综掘队组安全、高效地通过断层。

Abstract:In order to improve the mine production efficiency,reduce the gangue rate of the fully-mechanized mining team,improve the coal recovery rate,and make full use of the coal resources,starting from the source of the roadway excavation,combined with the actual situation of the roadway use and working face,the fault crossing scheme of Chengzhuang Coal mine was comparatively analyzed.It mainly included two schemes of crossing the fault from the footwall to the hanging wall and from the hanging wall to the down wall,and then analyzed the driving and mining risks of each scheme.The research can guide the comprehensive excavation team to pass the fault safely and efficiently.
