摘    要:针对矿井使用的地球物理探测类装备复杂设备操作理论讲解、实物操作等传统方式培训效果不理想的问题,提出了基于虚拟现实技术的煤矿探测装备可视化培训系统。采用模块化设计方法,构建虚拟场景和配套设备,通过虚拟现实开发软件3DMax完成设备建模,通过Virtools软件实现虚拟装备和场景搭建、装备施工布置和虚拟装备操作使用;开发数据通信系统,实现硬件的数据采集与软件交互;通过设计研制,实现理论学习、动画模拟操作、培训管理等功能的物探装备培训系统。系统能够高度模拟真实设备且人机交互性强,操作简单易懂,在降低培训成本的同时有效提高了培训效果。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the traditional training methods,such as the operation theory explanation and physical operation of complex equipment for geophysical exploration equipment used in coal mines were not ideal,a visual training system for coal mine exploration equipment based on virtual reality technology was proposed.The modular design method was used to build virtual scene and supporting equipment.The equipment modeling was completed by 3DMax,and the virtual equipment and scene building,equipment construction layout and virtual equipment operation were realized by Virtools;to develop data communication system,to realize data acquisition of hardware and software interaction;through design and development,to realize training system of geophysical exploration equipment with functions of theory learning,animation simulation operation,training management and so on.The system can highly simulate the real equipment and has strong human-computer interaction.It was easy to operate and understand.It can effectively improve the training effect while reducing the training cost.
