加压-浸渗堵漏技术的应用

摘    要:分析了合金铸铁缸盖渗漏的原因,阐述了浸渗原理、厌氧胶的特点及作用,介绍了堵漏装置,浸渗工艺流程和操作过程。结果表明,利用此技术试压检验出的缸盖浸渗合格率达90%以上,有效的减少了废品损失,降低了成本。

Abstract:The causes of leakage of alloy cast iron cylinder head were analyzed. The principle of infiltration, the characteristics and functions of anaerobic adhesive were described. The plugging device, infiltration process and operation process were introduced. The results show that the qualified rate of the cylinder head infiltration tested by this technology is more than 90%, which can effectively reduce the waste loss and reduce the cost.
