煤矿灰岩层水平井注浆技术研究

摘    要:通过煤矿底板灰岩含水层水平井注浆加固治理,可较好地解决煤矿底板防治水难题。为了提高水平井注浆加固灰岩含水层的效果,以界沟煤矿东一下采区水平井为研究对象,根据灰岩含水层渗透性特征,确定了扩散半径、浆液类型及配比。结合水平孔钻进情况,运用破壁和清水洗井技术,进行压水试验和静压升压注浆加固治理;确定了注浆压力、终止流量、注浆数量;在注浆顺序、装备选型、水平注浆、效果验证等关键技术进行了研究应用。结果表明,治理区采用扩散半径27 m,灰岩采用水泥浆单浆液;清除泥皮,清水洗井,选配高速制浆和智能化注浆装备,进行孔口分段式注浆,递增升压至10 MPa,注浆量提升至0.8 t/m,有效提升加固治理效果。

Abstract:The water control problem of coal mine floor can be well solved by grouting horizontal shaft in limestone aquifer of coal mine floor.To improve the effect of grouting on cementing limestone aquifer,the diffusion radius,slurry type and ratio were determined according to the permeability characteristics of limestone aquifer by taking the horizontal shaft in the East No.1 lower mining area of Jiegou Coal Mine as the research object.Combined with horizontal hole drilling,using wall breaking and clean water well technology,pressure water test and static pressure grouting reinforcement treatment were carried out;the grouting pressure,termination flow and grouting quantity were determined.Key technologies such as grouting sequence,equipment selection,horizontal grouting and effect verification were studied and applied.The results showed that the diffusion radius of 27 m is used in the control area and the cement slurry is used in the limestone.Remove mud,clean well by water,and select high-speed pulping and intelligent grouting equipment to carry out segmental grouting at the entrance of boreholes,the pressure was increased to 10 MPa,and the grouting amount was increased to 0.8 t/m,which has effectively improved the reinforcement effect.
