| Abstract: | The significance, technical requirement and testing methods of national standard "Limit quantity of arsenic, cadmium, lead, chromium and mercury for fertilizers" is introduced. For the determination of the arsenic content, the silver diethylthiocarbamate spectrophotometry or arsenic spot test, and for the determination of cadmium, lead, chromium or mercury contents, the atomic absorption spectrophotometry are to be recommended as testing method of the heavy metal content in fertilizers. |
