几种白肋烟烤机控制系统的对比分析

摘    要:根据设备控制系统的差异,现有白肋烟烘焙设备可分为热风对流式、微波辐射式。主要分析了现有三层、单层、流化床隧道式烘焙机的结构特点,并针对处理过程中热风对流系统的控制方式、物料的运动状态、设备的控制方法等,指出了采用流化床隧道式白肋烟烘焙机处理过程中,其热风系统控制分布较均匀,物料始终能处于悬浮翻滚状态,物料受热面积大大提高,且过程控制精度较好,有利于物料含水率和温度的稳定,对于改善提高白肋烟处理质量有着明显的可比优势。

Comparative Analysis of Several Control Systems in Burley Toaster
Abstract:Tecording to the difference of device control system, the current burley toaster can be divided into the hot wind convection style and microwave radiation style. The structure characters of three-layer, single-layer, fluidized bed tunnel toaster are analyzed and compared in this paper. The benefit of fluidized bed tunnel roasting machine is referred according to the control style of convection system, the movement state of materials, and control methods of device. The main advantages of this control system include the uniform distribution of hot air system, the suspension state of materials, the bigger heated area of material, and the improved accuracy. Therefore, it could improve 'quality of burley tobacco.
