| 摘 要： | 反腐败斗争是一项长期的政治任务。在新形势下,腐败与反腐败的斗争将更加尖锐激烈。其手段趋于现代化;其表现方式呈现出"法制化"特点。斗争的领域和范围也将日益国际化,预防腐败比惩治腐败更为重要。
