视频引伸计离面位移误差及校正方法

摘    要:从外部震动、机械装配、图像处理等方面总结了视频引伸计的误差来源,着重研究了离面位移对测量精度的影响,提出了对应的校正方法。通过具体实验,确定了离面位移对测量误差的影响程度,验证了该校正方法的准确性,使视频引伸计的相对测量误差保持在0.5%之内,达到引伸计分级中的0.5级标准。

Abstract:These errors of video extensometer are analyzed from the aspects of mechanical assembly, external vibration, and image processing. In addition, the out-plane error is analyzed in details and the correction method is proposed. To evaluate the performance of the correction method, real experiments were performed. The results showed the errors can be reduced by the optimization algorithm, and the relative accuracy can be maintained at 0.5%, which achieved the extensometer classification of 0.5 level.
