| 摘 要： | 本文用高斯函数近似 Ti:LiNbO_3条状单模光波导模场分布,分析了半导体激光器与光波导耦合效率问题,给出了解析表达式并求出了获得最大耦合效率的透镜条件,并通过典型数值计算出耦合效率与各种偏差的关系.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the coupling of semiconductor lasers to Ti:LiNbO_3 optical waveguedes is analysed.Analytic expressions for coupling efficiency and optimum lens design are obtained.Numeral calculation shows that Ti:LiNbO_3 waveguide which has a smaller mode field ellipticity offers greater coupling loss tolerance. |
