摘    要:市场经济带来的竞争性压力促使企业不断进行产品创新设计.为了提高产品创新设计的效率和成功率,系统化的产品创新设计方法显得尤为重要.物质-场情景分解法,是以情景分解法为基础分析产品全生命周期过程,结合TRIZ理论体系中的物质-场分析法将情景分解法中的问题转化为功能模型,并应用标准解对问题进行求解,为产品创新设计提供一种系统化创新设计方法.最后以轮椅设计为例,验证该方法的有效性和实用性.

Abstract:Market economy competitive pressure is a force to promote enterprises to ongoing prod‐uct innovation design .In order to improve the efficiency and success rate of product innovation and design ,systematic product innovation method is particularly important .Substance‐field &scenario decomposition method was a comprehensive innovative design approach which analyed the product lifecycle based on scenario decomposition method ,turned a problem into the function‐al model by combining the method of substance‐field model of TRIZ theory system ,and then ap‐pied the standard solutions for the problem solving .T his method provided a systematic approach to product innovation design ,w hich could improve the efficiency and success rate of product inno‐vation and design .Finally the further design of the wheelchair was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the method .
