摘    要:空化器在自然空泡的形成过程中起着很重要的作用,空泡的尺寸与它的头部形状密切相关.因此,研究空化器对于解决空泡问题具有极其重要的意义。为了掌握空泡形态,为工程实际应用提供设计参考依据,本文利用FLUENT软件对典型空化器引起的自然空化现象进行了深入的数值仿真研究,得到了零攻角小空泡数下空化器几何形状与空泡形态参数之间的经验公式,并将仿真结果与实验进行了对比,二者符合较好。

Abstract:The forming process of natural cavity is closely related to the cavitor, the head shape of which decides the cavity size. Therefore, the study on cavitors has great significance in solving cavitation problem. In order to hold cavity form and provide design reference for engineering applications, numerical simulation of natural cavitation induced by typical cavitors has been presented by using the commercial software FLUENT. Consequently, empirical formulas between typical cavitor parameters and cavity shape are obtained under the conditions of zero incidence and small cavitation number in the paper. Furthermore, the numerical results fit well with the experimental results.
