| 摘 要： | 将企业要求和学校人才培养目标相结合,制定出高职学生职业技能的训练方案。实践证明,从构建岗位技能训练体系、建设实验实训基地、推行课题组长轮流负责制等方面入手,学生的岗位技能将得到极大提高。
