| 摘 要： | 通过分析织针原料钢丝用填充铸铁屑法球化退火工艺的缺点，进一步探讨了用工业氮气加工业酒精和其他有机物作裂解气源的球化退火工艺技术，并指出用新工艺代替老工艺，既节约了能源，降低了劳动强度，又提高了产品质量。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the globurizing of wire by filling in the scrap iron as to the disadvantage, an approach is done into the new globurizing process by degradation of the gas through industry nitrogen gas plus industrial spirit and other organnic substance. The new process can be used as a substitution of the conventional process in that the former is of energy economy,of less labour intensity and of improvement of product quality. |
