摘    要:基于某企业6.5万吨/年氢氧化钾固碱工艺,针对节能及安全技术改造进行了设计,以期达到节能降耗、产品结构优化、确保安全发展的目的;结果对其他同类企业的节能降耗、安全生产等提供参考。

Abstract:In order to achieve the object of energy saving or energy consumption declining, product structure optimization and process safety, energysaving technical modification and some security design are proposed for the KOH solid alkali process of 6.5 million ton/year. Results of this paper would provide some reference to related enterprises and persons who are interested in energy saving and safety production.
