煤粒在螺旋离心泵内运动数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用计算流体力学(CFD)FLUENT软件对煤粒在螺旋离心泵内部的运动进行了数值模拟分析,获得了煤粒在螺旋离心泵内的运动轨迹和速度变化规律。螺旋叶轮独特的大角度叶轮包角使煤粒进入叶轮后,实现了多级加速的作用,证明了螺旋离心泵在煤粒输送中具有很好的增速效果。

Abstract:The papersimulates the movement of coal particle in screw centrifugal pump with calculation hydrodynamics (CFD) commercial software FLUENT, gets some information about movement track and speed variation of coal particle in screw centrifugal pump. Wrapping angle of distinctive wide-angle impeller of screw impeller can make the coal particle accelerate more times after coal particle come into impeller. It is proven that screw centrifugal pump has good growth results when transporting coal particle.
