| 摘 要： | 柔性薄管板是一种特殊结构的薄管板,国内外均采用有限元法进行设计计算。文章在论证一种安全替代计算模型的基础上,应用JB 4732附录Ⅰ"管壳式换热器管板的应力分析"方法,并运用一次结构法原理控制强度,得到与有限元分析极为接近的设计结果。文中还讨论了影响柔性薄管板强度的诸因素的合理设计。

| Abstract: | Flexible thin tubesheet is a kind of thin tubesheet with special structure and finite element method is used in design calculation of it at home and abroad.In this article,based on reasoning out a safe replacement of a computing model,Tubesheet stress analysis of tubular heat exchanger-Appendices I of Steel Pressure Vessels-Design by Analysis(affirmed in 2005)-JB 4732-1995 is applied to stress analysis. Principles of primary structure method are used to control the strength.And the result is almost the same... |
