预交联AM/AA/DMDAAC堵剂的性能评价

摘    要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(从)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,N、N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,进行溶液共聚反应,制备了预交联AM/AA/DMDAAC共聚物堵剂。对该堵剂进行了耐酸碱性、抗盐性、耐温性及水恢复性评价。结果表明,在温度为80℃、100000mg/L的NaCl溶液中,堵剂吸水倍数达42g/g;在pH值为3—12酸碱液中,吸水倍数为26~933g/g;在高温120℃下,10000mg/L NaCl溶液中其吸水倍数仍达40g/g;水恢复率最高达96.4%。此堵剂具有良好的耐温抗盐性、耐酸碱性和水恢复性。

Abstract:A pre - crosslinking AM/AA/DMDAAC copolymer plugging agent was prepared by solution copolymerization with acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) as raw materials and N,N' -methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. The acid and alkali tolerance, salt resistance, thermal tolerance and water recovery of the plugging agent were evaluated. The water absorption multiples of the plugging agent in 100 000 mg/L NaCl solution at 80℃ was 42 g/g, and the multiples in pH 3 - 12 solutions were 26 - 933 g/g, the multiples in 10 000 mg/L NaCl solution at 120 ℃ was still 40 g/g. The highest water recovery was 96.4%. The plugging agent showed good thermal tolerance, salt resistance, acid and alkali tolerance, and water recovery.
