涂层高速钢钻头钻削奥氏体不锈钢的切削性能研究

摘    要:从不锈钢材料的应用和切削加工现状出发,针对奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的切削加工性能进行了试验分析,通过用TiAlN涂层和TiN涂层高速钢钻头进行钻削对比实验,研究了钻削速度对切削力、扭矩、切削温度,刀具磨损的影响,并获得了能够保证对该材料进行高效高精度钻削的合理工艺参数。

Abstract:Based on reviewing the applications and machining of the stainless steels, the cutting performance of the austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti is analyzed through the contrastive experiments with the TiN coated and TiAlN-coated high-speed steel drills. The influence of drilling speed on cutting force, torque, cutting temperature, and the abrasion of drills has been studied by the experiment. The appropriate cutting parameters in drilling the austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti with high efficiency and high precision have also been obtained from the experiments.
