| 摘 要： | 近几年铁矿石供需矛盾加剧，进口量逐年增加，我国铁矿石对外依存度已经超过50％，国际市场价格波动对国内钢铁市场造成重要影响，铁矿石供应不足已成为当前我国经济发展的瓶颈之一。加强铁矿石战略储备，制定与国民经济和社会发展相协调的矿产资源规划，是矿产资源管理参与宏观调控的一条重要途径。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the gap between supply and demand of iron ore broadens out in China; The quantity of import iron ore increases year by year. More than 50% requisite iron ore in China is depended on import; Domestic steel market has been affected seriously by the price fluctuation of international market; The shortage of iron ore becomes a choke point of Chinese economic development. Therefore, a conceit of iron ore strategic reserve and planning for mineral resource to support the development of Chinese economy and society are presented, it is the key way for mineral resource involving economics macro-regulating management more effectively in China. |
