多股螺旋弹簧加工机床数控系统的研究

摘    要:针对多股螺旋弹簧加工的主要特点,采用数控系统进行精密加工成型控制。通过四轴联动的无级速度匹配,克服了传统挂轮传动的分级速度控制的缺点,使数控加工机床能够加工任意结构参数的三层有芯多股簧。开发了张力控制器控制多股簧拧索过程的各股钢丝的张力平衡,使用蓝牙技术实现了PC机与整个旋转拧索过程的通讯。整套系统采用上位计算机+PLC的结构,具有良好的人机交互性能。将数控系统应用到多股簧精密加工机床上,并进行实际加工,可提高多股簧加工机床的适应性、生产效率和制品性能,其有效性得到实践验证。

Abstract:Having considered the main characteristics of stranded wire helical spring machining tool,a novel NC system is proposed to control the precise forming process.The four-axis linkage continuously variable transmission,which gets rid of the shortage of traditional gear transmission,makes three-layer corded stranded wire helical spring with arbitrary parameters can be machined.A tension controller is developed to balance the tension between steel wires.The wireless blue tooth technology is employed to communicate PC with spring winding module.The system with the structure of upper computer+PLC has the better performance in human-computer interaction.It is applied to machine stranded wire helical spring.The result shows that it can improve the adaptability,the manufacturing efficiency and the production quality of the machining tool.
