摘    要:DCS系统采用分散控制、集中管理的形式提高了控制系统的管理能力;PLC以其优秀的逻辑控制能力和抗干扰能力,适合工业现场应用。采用DCS和PLC混合控制系统,PLC负责生产线逻辑控制,DCS通过和PLC通信以及直接采集现场仪表数据,构建全厂生产数据库,并在此基础上组态监控画面和分析生产状况。本系统将DCS和PLC两者优势结合,形成"车间—控制室—监控室"三级管理网络,提高了腈纶生产线的自动化水平。

Abstract:Distributed Control System improves management ability of the system by distributed control and concentrated management. Programmer Logic Controller suits the condition of plants because of its excellent logic control ability and anti-interference ability. A mixed control system based on DCS and PLC is used in one acrylic fibers factory. In this system,logic operation of the production line is controlled by PLC. DCS builds database of the factory by communication with PLC and collecting data of meters directly,then forms monitoring pictures and analyzes production state based on the database. This system combines both advantages of DCS and PLC,and builds management network of "workshop-control room-monitor room". With this control system,the automation level of acrylic fibers production line is improved dramatically.
