| 摘 要： | 简要介绍单层、板焊结构的 2 0万t/y氨合成塔外壳制造经验 ,阐述了Mn -Mo钢板(SA30 2Gr .B)和Mn -Mo -Ni钢 (SA5 0 8Gr .CL .1)锻件等的冷卷成形、焊接、热处理及机加工等制造技术以及氨合成塔外壳的总装与水压技术。

| Abstract: | This article mainly introduced the manufacture experience of external vessel of ammonia converter for 200,000t/y the single steel plate welded structure. It expounded the cold rolling, welding, heat treatment , machining and manufacturing technology of the Mn-Mo steel plate(SA302Gr.B)and Mn-Mo-Ni steel (SA508Gr.CL.1) .The external vessel of ammonia converter general assembly and techonlogy of hydrostatic test in this article were described. |
