| 摘 要： | 本文分析了影响软件人才培养质量的主要因素,阐述解决这些问题的有效方法,即改革管理体制与运行机制,科学建立优化与开放的教育体系,制定符合软件产业需求的人才培养方案,加强师资队伍建设,注重教学模式的改革与教学方法的研究。实践表明,上述研究成果能够有效地指导教学实践,提高人才培养质量。
