摘    要:长庆某气田CO2和H2S典型体积含量分别为1.4%和2.6×10-6,属微含硫干气气藏。通过现场挂片试验,采用失重法、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及X射线衍射(XRD)等,对N80油管钢在现场试验条件下的CO2/H2S腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,腐蚀速率平均为0.0302mm·a-1,属中等程度腐蚀,且以局部腐蚀为主;腐蚀类型以CO2酸性腐蚀为主,腐蚀产物主要为FeCO3和Fe2O3,微量H2S的存在对腐蚀未产生明显影响;XRD同时检测出MgSO4,说明天然气井还具有结垢趋势。

Abstract:The typical volume fractions of CO2 and H2S in the gas from a gasfield of Changqing are 1.4% and 2.6×10-6, respectively, which belongs to a micro-sulfur dry gas reservoir. The field coupon tests, together with weight loss method, XRD, SEM and EDS were used to study CO2/H2S corrosion behavior of tubular steel N80 under the testing conditions. The results showed that the corrosion was in a medium level with an average corrosion rate of 0.0302 mm·a-1 and was a local corrosion type. The corrosion type was mainly of CO2 acid corrosion, and the main corrosion products were FeCO3 and Fe2O3. The presence of trace H2S had no significant influence on CO2 corrosion. The MgSO4 was also detected by XRD, which indicated that the gas well has scaling tendency.
