摘    要:结合一台D52-800型径向辗环机检测系统的实际改造,针对其工作中存在调整、控制难的问题,提出一种经济、简单、有效的检测系统改造设计方案。经1 a多来的运行检验,证明改进后的检测系统稳定可靠,检测精度较高,减轻了工人负担,降低了生产成本,取得了较好的经济效益。该方案对普通辗环机检测系统及其他类似机械产品的设计改造具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In combination with the renovation in D52-800 radial ring rolling machine in pratical,the project of the detecting system improvement is proposed to solve the problem with the adjustment and control which is economic,simple and effective.The fact it has been tested for more than one year proves that the system stability is more reliable,the detection accuracy is quite higher,it can relief the load of work,reduce the production cost and improve the economic efficiency.The project can be referred to the design of renovation in the ordinary radial ring rolling machine and the similar machinical product to a certain extent.
