基于MOS分流技术的反激式DC-DC变换器的设计

摘    要:电流检测是采用电流型控制方案DC-DC变换器的重要技术之一,文中在介绍了电流型PWM控制器的工作原理、特点的基础上,对检测电路进行分析,当输入电流大时,限流采样小电阻的损耗大,且难以单片集成。由此提出了解决此问题的MOS分流技术,并基于MOS分流技术设计了一种电流型反激式DC-DC变换器。该电路设计结构简单、成本低、易实现。

Abstract:The current sensing is one of the most important function of current type DC-DC converters.The operation and features of current type PWM controller are presented in this paper,and the current sensing circuit is analyzed.When the value of input current is high,the small current-limiting and sampling resistor will consume a great deal of energy,and integration is difficult.Therefore,the MOS branch current technique is proposed to solve this problem.Finally,the design of a current type fly-back DC-DC converte...
