铜电解废液资源化处理工艺

摘    要:针对铜冶炼厂的铜电解废液, 确定了隔膜电解时在阴极上得到了质量优良的铜片、海绵铜和黑铜,阳极室内得到浓度为23g/L~37g/L的硫酸溶液,扩散渗析法处理脱铜后液时得到较纯净的稀硫酸和硫酸镍的工艺路线,探讨了最佳隔膜电解工艺参数和酸盐分离系数。

Abstract:The recovery process of copper and nickel in waste electrolyte has been developed by using ion exchange membrane electrolysis, a plenty of good quality sheet copper, sponge copper and black copper can be reclaimed and attached on the cathode, 23-27g/L density H2SO4 solution can be reclaimed and reserved in the anode chamber. When using diffusible analysis method, pure diluted H2SO4 solution and nickel sulfate can be separated from the residual electrolyte. This paper also discussed the most optimized electrolyzing process parameter and acid separating modulus.
