摘    要:随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市地下空间的开发利用已经成为城市发展的重要方向。为了提高城市地下空间综合规划的合理性,本文研究了基于三维GIS的地下空间辅助规划方法,提出了地下空间辅助规划的体系架构,实现了地下空间综合规划相关影响因素及各专项规划内容的集中统一管理,针对各类数据的不同特点,形成了综合应用多种方法的三维建模体系,设计并开发了三维可视化的地下空间辅助规划系统,实现了城市地下空间规划数据的三维集成展示,并根据实际应用的需要,开发了一系列的辅助规划分析功能,为城市地下空间科学合理的规划提供辅助决策依据。

Abstract:With the accelerating of urbanization process, urban underground space development and utilization have become an important direction of the development of city. In order to improve comprehensive planning of the urban underground space rationality, this paper studies the technique of underground space assistant planning based on 3D GIS, proposes an architecture of underground space planning, integrates all kinds of data related to current and comprehensive planning, forms a comprehensive three-dimensional modeling method system using a variety of methods for the different characteristics of various types of data. Then, the underground space assistant planning system is designed and developed based on three-dimensional visualization to achieve three-dimensional integration show of urban underground space planning data. A series of auxiliary planning analysis are developed for urban underground space according to the needs of practical application, that provide the assistant decision basis for scientific and rational planning of city underground space.
