| Abstract: | The steel roof of the Exhibition Hall of Shenzhen Meeting and Exhibition Center is an open chord beam structure whose top chord is a huge box beam and bottom chord is steel tension bars. In this article, authors introduce some construction techniques of the top chord box beam of the wide span open chord beam structure such as pre-arch calculation, installation, integral release of support forces and so on. |
