烫金机数控技术的改造和分析

摘    要:论述了一种采用单片机作为控制核心、用数字温度传感器进行精确温度测量、用变频器控制电机转速的低成本烫金机的多功能数控化改造的方法,以及在改造过程中要解决的问题和注意事项。通过对烫金机的技术改造,增加了设备的安全性,实现了一机多用,提高了温度控制精度和生产效率,降低了操作者的劳动强度。

Abstract:This paper discusses a kind of multi-functional digital control transformation method for bronzing machine,the control sysetem with digital temperature sensor for precise temperature measurement uses single chip microcomputer as the control core,and applies frequency converter to control motor speed.The issues need to pay attention to in the process of transformation are discussed.The new bronzing machine with multiple functions can increase the safety of the equipment,improve the temperature control precision and production efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
