| 摘 要： | 防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车已在矿井下逐步使用,由于巷道狭窄,不便于车辆掉头,给往返运输带来困难。介绍了防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车的特点和总体设计,并根据市场反馈意见,对其进行了改进。性能试验和矿区使用试验表明改进后设备完全达到了设计要求,并顺利通过了国家安标中心对样机的检测和生产条件评审。

| Abstract: | The mine explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is an economic,efficient transport vehicle,as the tunnel is narrow,it is not convenient for vehicle turning.A kind of double-headed driving vehicle was developed,which making transportation more efficient and convenient.This paper mainly introduced the characteristics and the general scheme of the bidirectional driving vehicle,as well as the vehicle structure improvement based on market feedback.The performance test and service test in mine show the vehicle can meet the design requirement. |
