摘    要:利用透射电镜对不同厚度的10CrNiCu连铸船体钢板的显微组织进行了研究。结果表明,在同样的热轧和高温回火工艺条件下,随板厚的增加,钢板组织中除铁素体与珠光体外,逐渐出现了贝氏体分解物;铁素体晶粒变大,晶界上的第二相增多且长大;珠光体片层间距离也略有增加。铁素体晶界上的第二相及贝氏体分解物中的碳化物主要为Fe3C型碳化物。

Abstract:The microstructures of continuous cast hull steel 10CrNiCu with different plate thickness were studied by transmission electron microscopy.The results show that at the same heat-rolled and high temperature tempered process,with plate thickness increasing,except ferrite and pearlite structures,bainite dissociated structures appear.Ferrite grain sizes get bigger,the second phases on the boundaries are more and bigger.Pearlite lath distance increases a little.The second phases,on the boundaries of ferrite,and the carbides,in bainite dissociated structures belong to Fe_3C carbides.
