| 摘 要： | 运用模糊数学的原理和最优设计方法，以ＮＧＷ型二级行星齿轮减速器为例，阐述了机械零件模糊优化的必要性和常用方法。文中详细地介绍了齿轮传动模糊优化的数学模型和隶属函数的建立方法以及如何采用最优水平截集对其进行优化，并通过两种设计结果的比较，说明模糊优化设计更符合客观实际。

| Abstract: | According to tile principle of fuzzy mathematics and the method of optimum design, the paper takes gear drive of NGW epicyclic reduction gear unit as an example, expounds the significance and common methods of fuzzy optlnlum of mechanical parts. Introduces methods of building mathematical model and subordinate function of fuzzy optimum of gear drive and making optimum design by stopping assembly of optimum standard, and shows that it is good practice by analyzing results of both designs. |
