铝电解槽废旧阴极炭块中电解质与炭分离的浮选法研究

摘    要:研究了捕收剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、萘基羟肟酸、油酸和磺基水杨酸对铝电解槽废旧阴极炭块中电解质与炭的分离,并考察了上述四种捕收剂对纯冰晶石和氧化铝的浮选及氟离子对浮选的影响。结果表明,捕收剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、萘基羟肟酸和油酸效果较好。浮选分离后可得到含炭仅5%的电解质,电解质的回收率可达90%以上。

Abstract:The possibility of recovering cryolite and alumina from spent carbon cathode by flotation has been investigated in laboratory. The results show that acidity, particle size and collector addition are key factors affecting the flotation recovery. Four kinds of collectors are examined in the tests. The influence of fluoride on flotation is examined also.Under suitable con ditions, the over 90% recovery of cryolite and alumina can be obtained.
