变压吸附制纯氧过程阀系数的优化控制

摘    要:利用电路网络模型,对变压吸附制纯氧阀系数进行优化控制,在碳分子筛为第一级吸附,5A分子筛作为二级吸附工艺中,可得到浓度为99.06%,回收率为28.4%的氧气产品,从而提高了氧气的回收率,增加了单位吸附剂的生产能力,节省了动力消耗.

Abstract:Using the electrical network model, the valve parameters are optimized in the process of making pure oxygen by pressure swing adsorption. When the carbon molecular sieve is the first stage and the 5A molecular sieve is the second stage in the adsorption process,the oxygen can be yielded with the purity of 99.06% and the recovery of 28. 4%. By simulation and optimizing the valve parameters, the recovery of oxygen can be improved, the production capacity of adsorbent can be advanced and the drive energy can be reduced.
