Zn-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上醛氨缩合反应条件的研究

摘    要:研究了Zn-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上的醛氨缩合反应,考察了反应温度、原料配比、反应时间、空速和催化剂寿命等因素对醛氨缩合反应的影响,系统研究了醛氨缩合反应的规律。结果表明,在反应温度450℃、n(甲醛)∶n(乙醛)∶n(氨气)=1∶1∶4和空速(0.6~1.0)h~(-1)条件下,醛氨缩合反应的选择性较高.总收率达85%以上。此条件下,Zn-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂寿命较长,约20 h。

Abstract:Aldehyde-ammonia condensation on Zn-ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was studied. Effects of reaction temperature, reactants ratio, reaction time, space velocity and catalyst lifetime were investigated. The results showed that a high selectivity to alkyl-pyridine and the total yield of pyridine bases of over 85% were attained under the optimum reaction condition as follows: reaction temperature 450 ℃, normal atmosphere, n (formaldehyde) : n ( acetaldehyde ): n (ammonia) = 1: 1: 4 and space velocity (0.6 - 1.0) h^-1. The lifetime of Zn-ZSM-5 catalyst was more than 20 h under the reaction condition.
