摘    要:中小白酒企业需从制订区域市场建设目标入手,实行滚动式发展,同时应注意建立高效的区域组织和团队,认真编制销售预算,对营销网络和渠道进行精心的维护和管理,对区域市场进行精耕细作,只要有了坚实的根据地,企业就能发展壮大。

Abstract:Medium-scale and small-scale liquor-making enterprises carried out rolling development based on targeting regional market. Besides, the enterprises should establish high efficiency regional organizations and working teams, work out sales budget, and do careful maintenance and management in marketing network and channels.
