轮式装载机电力驱动系统的性能分析

摘    要:在依据轮式装载机的动力性能参数对电力驱动系统进行合理的匹配计算的基础上,结合空载、重载、转向、制动、牵引等工况的实验,对电力驱动系统的加速性能、差速性能、牵引性能以及效率进行分析,进一步验证了将轮式装载机的液力机械传动系统改造为轮边独立驱动的电力驱动系统的可行性.

Performance Analysis of Wheel Loader Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive System
Abstract:Based on the reasonable matching calculation according to the dynamic performance parameters of wheel loader, various experiments with loader are performed, including: no-loading, overloading, steering, braking and traction. With the results, the acceleration performance, the steering performance, the braking performance and the traction performance of loader are analyzed in details, the feasibility of reforming electric wheel -- drive system from mechanical hydraulic drive system on wheel loader is verified further.
