基于虚拟样机的变前掠翼机构仿真研究

摘    要:针对提出的可变前掠翼变形机构,利用Solidworks和Adams软件建立了仿真模型。首先将仿真数据与理论计算数据对比,结果表明仿真结果和理论计算吻合得很好。然后对机构进行了运动学仿真,结果表明该机构能满足变形要求,且变形过程中,机翼转速均匀、运动平稳。最后建立了含运动副间隙的机构动力学模型,分析了间隙大小对机构动力学特性的影响;仿真结果表明,运动副间隙对机构运动特性有显著影响。研究结果可为物理样机的研制提供参考依据。

Research of the Variable Forward-Swept Wing Mechanism Simulation Based on Virtual Prototype
Abstract:A simulation model of the variable forward-swept wing mechanism is established using Solidworks and Adams. First, the simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculations, and the results shows the simulation results dovetail nicely with the theoretical calculations~ Then, the kinematics simulation of the mechanism is carried on, and the results demonstrate that the mechanism can meet the requirement of deformation, rotate smoothly and uniformly during the deformation process. Finally, the dynamic model of the deformation mechanism with joint clearance is established and the effects of joint clearance on mechanism dynamic characteristics are analyzed; the simulation results show that the joint clearance has remarkable effects on the motion characteristics of the mechanism. And these results can provide references for the development of the physical prototype.
