摘    要:以蝶阀结构特征为基础,建立了合理的描述密封副结构的数学模型;提出能够准确描述密封副摩擦特性的接触角,并推导出接触角与密封副结构参数之间的数学关系式。从一全新的设计角度研究了密封副启闭摩擦特性;以接触角为基础创建了统一的密封副启闭过程不干涉的判据;以密封副结构参数为设计变量、接触角的倒数为目标函数、启闭不干涉判据为约束条件,建立了密封副最优化设计模型。该理论具有重要的学术价值和广阔的应用前景。

Optimization Designing Method of Seal Pair for Butterfly Valve
Abstract:The thesis firstly analyzes the structural characteristics of the butterfly valve and sets up reasonably mathematical model on seal pair. It puts forward to the contact angle that accurately describes the frictional characteristics based on the relationship of relative motion for opening and closing on seal pair. Deduce the functional expression of between the contact angle and structure parameters. Study the frictional characteristics of seal pair from a new sight of the relationship of relative motion on seal pair, The opening and closing noninterference criterion of seal pair are deduced based on the contact angle. It also establishes the optimization model of seal pair parameters. This model considers structural parameters as design variables, the multiplicative inverse of the contact angle as the objective function and non-interference conditions for opening and closing as constraint conditions. The theory has an important academic value and broad application prospects.
