| 摘 要： | 应用电弧喷涂制作塑料加工用模具（电弧喷涂制模）是一种快速、低成本制作塑料加工用模具的有效技术、本文根据对此项技术的试验研究结果，介绍了电弧喷涂制模技术中，脱模剂的选择；浇注填充材料的选择；制模工艺过程等。最后指出了此项技术的应用领域和发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Arc spraying mould making for plastic products is low cost,efficient technique. According to tested results the paper presents how to select release agents; how to select backup materials; mould making procedures ect. in arc spraying mould making. Application and development of arc spra-ying mould making are also indicated at the end of this paper. |
