光纤Bragg光栅的电磁波理论及其数值分析

摘    要:以电磁波耦合模理论为基础,在正向基模与反向包层模的耦合作用存在时,导出了光纤Bragg光栅的反射率、透射率的解析表达式.通过对相关理论结果的数值分析,研究了光纤Bragg光栅的光谱特性,表明了光栅参数以及包层模式对其光谱特性的影响.所得结果为光纤光栅器件的优化设计及其应用提供了理论基础.

Abstract:Based on electromagnetic wave coupled-mode theory,the analytical expressions ot the reflectivity and transmissivity are derived in the case that the forward core modes coupling to the opposite cladding modes are considered. With the numerical analysis on the theoretical results,the spectral characteristics of the fiber Bragg grating are investigated. The influences of the grating parameters and the clad mode on the spectral characteristics are farther studied. Thus, the theoretical fundamentals have been provided for the optimal designing of the fiber grating elements and their applications.
