2-氯烟酸合成工艺研究

摘    要:以2-氯-3-甲基吡啶为原料,通过高锰酸钾的氧化来制备2-氯烟酸,对影响产率的高锰酸钾和水用量,反应时间,相转移催化剂等作了探讨.通过轮换变量法调优实验,找到了最佳工艺条件,使产率由文献报道的50%提高到65%.

Abstract:2-Chloro-3-pyridinecarboxlic acid was prepared by using 2-chloro-3-methylpyridine as material and potassium permanganate as oxygenate. The factors which affected the rate of product, such as capacity of potassium permanganate and water, time and PCT of the reaction were inquired into. The best condition of the technology was found and the yield rose from 50% reported by the literature to 65% by alternating variable to alternative optima experment.
