摘    要:通过膨胀法在THERMECMASTOR-Z热模拟实验机上测定了CSP低碳钢的连续冷却转变曲线;通过金相试验分析了其室温产物的微观组织。结果表明:随着冷却速度的增大,相变开始温度和结束温度均降低,晶粒明显被细化。

Abstract:Through dilatation test,the continuous cooling transformation curve of the austentite of CSP low carbon steel was measured on THERMECMASTOR-Z thermal simulation machine. The room temperature microstructure of the steel was analysed by metallorgraphic experiment. The results show that, when cooling velocity increases,the beginning temperature and the finishing temperature of phase transformation are both decrease,the grain is obviously refined.
