摘    要:结合广东沙角C电厂的实际情况,指出了推行磨煤机状态检修相比于计划性大小修和故障后维修的优越性,针对660MW机组制粉系统的HP983碗式中速磨煤机提出了一套完整的开展状态检修的理论方案,同时制作了相应的磨煤机状态检修软件支持系统,对开展磨煤机的状态检修工作起到了良好的辅助作用,提高磨煤机的可靠性和可用率的同时,降低了磨煤机的维修费用。

Abstract:According to the actual instance of Shajiao C Power Station in Guangdong province, implementing mill condition-based maintenance is better than break-down maintenance and time-based maintenance, aimed at HP983 medium speed mill of 660MW Unit milling system, a whole condition-based maintenance theoretical scheme is put forward, and mill condition-based maintenance software aided system is produced and shown, after condition-based maintenance, mill maintenance expense is reduced greatly ,and mill reliability and use efficiency is enhanced.
