摘    要:针对聚磁式组合定子横向磁通永磁电机优化设计这一复杂非线性规划问题,首先分析了电机主要结构参数与力能指标的关系,确定了优化目标和优化变量,并在此基础上提出一种磁场分析和插值计算相结合的特种电机优化建模方法.从而克服了等效磁路优化模型计算精度低和三维磁场模型计算效率低的不足.同时将随机智能优化方法粒子群算法及其改进算法引人电机参数的优化过程,避免了传统优化方法对优化变量初始点的强依赖性.通过对不同优化结果的对比、分析,表明在满足样机输出转矩要求的前提下可以实现转子磁钢用量和电机整体体积最小的尺寸优化目标,充分证明了优化设计的正确性和工程实用价值.

Abstract:Based on the investigation of relationships between the design variables with electromagnetic torques,a novel optimization modeling of transverse flux permanent magnet machine(TFPM) is proposed and applied successfully to the TFPM dimension optimization.As the combination of magnetic field analysis with interpolating calculation,the disadvantages of the lower precision of equivalent magnetic circuit and the inefficiency of three dimension magnetic field computation are overcome.How the objective function and optimum variables can be determined is also discussed in detail.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(IPSO) are taken into optimizing procedure,so the global search ability as well as the independence on original solution characteristics is available.The numerical results obtained revealed that permanent magnet used for the TFPM,other things being equal,is reduced to a great extent compared with that for the prototype,leading to a significant reduction in machine volumes,weights and prices.
