摘    要:在青岛地区对碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢、铝及铝合金、钛及钛合金以及涂镀层进行了8年大气腐蚀暴露。得到了各种材料在青岛海洋大气中的腐蚀数据及相应的环境数据。8年暴露腐蚀主耐侯钢我为0.0146mm/a,碳钢约为0.0622mm/a,其腐蚀失重发展符合指数函数规律D=AT^n。钛合金,高铬不锈钢在大气中完全耐蚀。金属名热喷涂加封闭是保护钢结构最有效的方法。

Abstract:Materials, which include carbon steels, low alloy steels, stainless steels, copper and its alloys, aluminium and its alloys, titanium and its alloys, were exposed in atmosphere at Qingdao. Corrosion data of the materials and environmental data were obtained in at mosphere of Qingdao. Eight year corrosion rate was about 0. 0146mm/a for weathering steels and was about 0. 0622mm/a for carbon steels. The corrosion process of steels followed the rule of power function D = ATn. Titanium alloys and high chromium stainless steels were corrosion free. The best way of protection of steel structure in atmosphere is aluminium spray in addition with sealing of paints.
