适应行业发展、培养新型轻化工专业皮革商贸人才

根据当前我国轻化工程本科教育的现状及皮革行业发展的分析，提出了在我国高校轻化工程专业增设皮革商贸专业方向的必要性和可能性。对皮革商贸专业方向的人才培养，毕业生应具备的必备知识等内容进行了初步探索。对我国高校轻化工程专业的拓展、教学改革，以及传统专业如何与时代同行，与行业发展同步等进行了有借鉴意义的探讨。

Cultivating New Type Talents on Leather Commercial of Light Chemical Engineering Specialty to Suit the Development of Leather Industry

According to the analysis of the existing situation of undergraduate education of light chemical engineering specialty and the development of leather industry, the possibility and necessity of providing a new special field, leather commercial, were presented in the paper. How to cultivate the undergraduates to get the ability on leather commercial and the necessity courses they should take were investigated initially. The exploration with referential meaning of the approaches to broaden the field of the light chemical engineering specialty and to carry out teaching reform as well as the means for traditional specialties to keep pace with the time and the development of leather industry were conducted.
