| 摘 要： | 为了对零件表面进行陶瓷化处理，采用电火花加工方法进行表面改性的研究，开创了一种表面处理新工艺和新方法，对电火花加工表面改性的基本原理、电极制备形式对表面涂层特性的影响进行了初步分析和探讨。实验结果表明，用此种方法处理后的零件表面硬度和耐磨性得到了显著提高，大大提高了使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The theory behind the surface modification by EDM and the effect of electrode preparation on the surface properties are discussed, and experimental results show that the EDM proposed significantly improves the surface hardness, wear resistance and service life of parts. |
