Review on Virtual Instrument Technology

Test has become a key element which affects the function and cost of a product in the design and production of modern industry products. VI technology emerges in response to the growing requirement of test technique and test system. This paper introduces its concept, application features and development, concluding that VI technology is an important direction of modern test technology.
